Heidi is an advanced AI medical scribe designed to transcribe and process conversations

between clinicians and patients to produce clinical notes and follow-up materials – from

referral letters to assessments.

What are the benefits of using Heidi?

Health allows us to spend more time interacting with you, thereby improving the

quality of care and communication during consultations.

• Efficiency and accuracy: The details of your consult are transcribed

as generating patient summaries, filling out forms, and creating referral letters,

How is your data managed?

• Data security and privacy: Heidi adheres to stringent UK compliance frameworks,

including the Data Protection Act, UK GDPR, and NHS standards such as DCB0129,

DTAC, and DSPT. This ensures that your personal information is handled securely

and confidentially.

• Local data hosting: All data is hosted within the UK, enhancing security and

compliance with local data protection regulations.

• Temporary data storage: As you speak, Heidi transcribes. No recordings of your

conversations are ever stored. Once your clinician has completed and reviewed their

notes, they are transferred to your Electronic Health Record (EHR) and then deleted

from Heidi, ensuring your data remains private and secure.

• De-identified data: Before Heidi processes your session, all data is stripped of

personal identifiers (think ‘Jane Doe’ instead of your name), so it can’t be traced back

to you
