Maternity
If you have just found out you are pregnant, please make your first appointment with a midwife at www.nbt.nhs.uk/anb, If you do not have internet access call 0117 4146743 and leave a message.
Travel Vaccinations
If you require vaccinations for travel purposes, our nurses are able to give you some advice on what vaccinations you may need. However patients must understand the implications and responsibility of any risks taken and the resulting consequences while travelling.
Cadbury Heath Health Centre stock travel vaccinations that are offered by the NHS, but we recommend that any private vaccinations be sourced through your own research.
If you wish to discuss with a medical professional, please complete a travel consultation form at the reception desk or online and one of our trained nurses will be in touch.
We can only accept forms for patients at a minimum of 3 months prior to travel to allow time for any boosters you may need.

Stop Smoking
We offer stop smoking appointments with our trained stop smoking advisor. This will involve support in stopping smoking and regular follow up appointments to help you stop smoking.
